The CM039U replica has got a metal body and is equipped with a stock that is foldable to the side of the replica and a RIS rail set allowing the attachment of additional accessories to the replica: a laser target marker, a scope, a tactical flashlight, a tactical grip and so on. Some minor elements of the replica were made of plastic.
A V.3 gearbox powers the replica and is equipped with a set of reinforced steel thread-wheels that are placed on steel slide bearings. A directional piston head was used in this construction with a stronger spring and an aluminum sleeve that is located in the piston.
