E2 Pistol Replica
E2 is a pistol replica used as a sidearm by, among others, US Navy SEALs. Favoured for its accuracy and durability as well as ease and safety of usage. The replica was manufactured by classic Tokyo Marui company and maintains 1:1 scale in size compared to the original.
Like most sidearm replicas by Tokyo Marui, E2 was also made mostly from high quality polymer. Metal parts include: the magazine, trigger, hammer and iron sights. Both the skeleton and slide were made from polymer.
Grip panels are covered with rough, anti-slip texture and provide a comfortable and sure grip. Very good balance allows this pistol to fit very well inside the user’s hand. Also, access to all switches is of no concern. Both the magazine release button and slide release button are thumb-operated. An interesting fact about this construction is the operational hammer release button. The new E2 version has improved usage ergonomics of the entire replica by having all manipulators placed more closely together, thus simplifying their operation, especially to shooters with smaller hands. Trigger reaction has also been significantly improved both on its full travel distance as well when cocking the hammer. Under the barrel is located a 22 mm RIS mounting rail, which enables the attachment of a variety of accessories to the replica like tactical flashlight or a laser sight.
The replica features Blow Back recoil system. It causes the slide to be moved backwards after each shot and once the last round has left the replica, the slide remains in the retracted position. Once a new, full magazine has been inserted, one must release the slide lock - as is the case in the live firearm original. Gas replicas by Tokyo Marui for many years have been known for their exceptional reliability and perfect craftsmanship of internal elements. There is no need to worry about performance or correct operation of Hop-Up system - this is a class in its own right.
The replica comes with a metal magazine with a capacity of up to 25 BBs. Furthermore, E2 version magazine features 20% better gas distribution. This means a shorter cooling time during continuous firing as well as improved tightness and system efficiency at low temperatures. The replica is compatible with older version magazines.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
