FN F2000 ETU Assault Rifle Replica with Scope
FN F2000
assault rifle replica by G&G made under a license granted by CyberGun. The aforementioned fact allowed for placing on
the replica original markings. The manufacturer’s fame that G&G enjoys
guarantees the highest quality of craftsmanship, reliability and excellent alignment of parts.
The replica was made of polymer and metal elements. Metal parts, or rather
parts made of aluminum processed using a CNC numerical machine, include RIS
rails, the scope, the magazine, the barrel and
some small receiver construction elements. Polymer parts, on the other hand,
include the body of the replica, the magazine release button, the scope cover
and remaining small elements. The material that has been used here is nylon
fiber, just like in the production of the real, live firearm. The way the
materials were used is reminiscent of the way the original is manufactured.
The replica has all the merits of the live firearm - the
top RIS rail that enables the attachment of optical devices as well as
additional accessories and a comfortable fire mode selector. Thanks to its
construction, the replica fits well in the hands of right-handed as well as
left-handed users. The implemented type of the fire mode selector (appropriate
to the one used in the real FN P90 firearm), a double-sided magazine release
button and double-sided tactical sling
swivels - all have significantly contributed
to that.
One of the most important features of this model is definitely its long (in
comparison to the overall length of the carbine) internal barrel. It allows for
a high muzzle velocity and very tight
cone of fire whilst at the same time retaining the compact size of the replica,
which directly affects the comfort of use.
The replica is equipped with a system for the rapid power adjustment that allows
within several seconds increasing or decreasing the muzzle velocity of the
replica by a margin o 10% in regards to the base
value. This enables using a single replica for CQB scenarios as well as for
assault operations in the open field.
The replica is equipped with a scope with a 3.5x
fixed zoom. The scope is attached by default on the RIS rail. A special cover
protects the scope against damage and dirt whilst at the same time provides the
possibility of conducting observation. The replica is fed with magazines that
are replicas of STANAG 5.56 mm magazines, typically used in M4 replicas.
The GB aside from typical for G&G
high-quality parts is equipped with an innovative ETU (Electronic Trigger
Unit) system. The system completely replaces the connector cube and fully
takes over the function of a MOSFET module. Due to the electronic operation of
the trigger, the system has gained remarkable
responsiveness to the trigger. Each pull results in a full operation cycle of
the GB.
The ETU system has the ability to
program fire modes. The user by default has the access to SAFE - SEMI - FULL
AUTO - 3 round burst modes. The programming process is trivial - the user needs
only to select the SEMI option and pull the trigger for 10 seconds. Once that
is done, the third option of the fire mode selector will initiate the selected
mode.
The set does not include a battery or a
charger.
The set includes:
- replica
- magazine
- cleaning rod
NiCd
rechargeable battery is characterized by high efficiency
current-carrying capacity, but there are disruptive effect on memory.
Should be unloaded and loaded in the full cycle, ie, it is recommended
to fully discharge, and after unloading must charge the battery
immediately without leaving it for a long time in a discharged state.
NiMH batteries have a higher self-discharge over time and shorten the
life - on the other hand, they earn about 30% more capacity.
Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).
1 FPS = 0,3 m/s
1 J = 99 m/s
1 J = 326,7 FPS
Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
