GC16 SR CQB Assault Rifle Replica
The replica was manufactured
from metal and glass fibre
reinforced polymer. All parts fit very well together. Metal
parts include: the body, the handguard, outer barrel,
stock slide, iron sights and majority of small elements. Polymer parts on the
other hand include: the stock and pistol grip. The muzzle device was made from
steel.
The replica has a telescopic stock with space
for a battery. The stock is adjustable, which allows for customization of the
replicas length to the body type and preferences of the user. The pistol grip
is profiled in order to provide best possible hand placement. The flash hider
sits on a 14 mm left hand
thread.
The replica is perfect for
operating on a medium range with a muzzle velocity of ~410 FPS. The implemented
top RIS rail allows for the attachment of any optical sight, whereas a
multi-position stock, which holds the battery, allows for adjustment of the
replica to the preferences of an individual user. The set includes a kit of flip-up iron sights.
The GB aside from typical for
G&G high quality parts is equipped with an innovative ETU (Electronic
Trigger Unit) system. The system completely replaces the connector cube and
fully takes over the function of a MOSFET module. Due to electronic operation
of the trigger, the system has gained a remarkable responsiveness to the
trigger. Each pull results in a full operation cycle of the GB.
The ETU system has the ability
to program fire modes. The user by default has the access to SAFE - SEMI - FULL
AUTO - 3 round burst modes. The programming process is trivial - the user needs
only to select the SEMI option and pull the trigger for 10 seconds. Once that
is done, the third option of the fire mode selector will initiate the selected
mode.
The replica was modified for
use by both left-handed and right-handed users. Manipulators such as: fire mode
selector, magazine release button or charging handle. It is an especially
useful solution during games that require the user to switch hand that wields
the replica.
The set does not include a battery or a charger.
The set includes:
- replica
- magazine
NiCd
rechargeable battery is characterized by high efficiency
current-carrying capacity, but there are disruptive effect on memory.
Should be unloaded and loaded in the full cycle, ie, it is recommended
to fully discharge, and after unloading must charge the battery
immediately without leaving it for a long time in a discharged state.
NiMH batteries have a higher self-discharge over time and shorten the
life - on the other hand, they earn about 30% more capacity.
Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).
1 FPS = 0,3 m/s
1 J = 99 m/s
1 J = 326,7 FPS
Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
