Kar98k Rifle Replica (Green Gas) - Polymer Version
The Kar98k rifle replica is made of polymer and metal. The barrel, slide, sights and sling swivels are made of metal. A stock is made of polymer (wood imitation). This is a gas replica so its muzzle velocity is high.
The manufacturer tried to reproduce the principle of shooting from the firearm counterpart as best as possible. The replica shoots 6mm BBs which are placed in special shells. Shells with BBs are loaded into the chamber identically as in the firearm - either manually in turn or using the so-called "boats", which are placed just above the chamber, and then all five "rounds" are inserted in one move. Kar98k is a replica of a bolt-action rifle, also here the system has been preserved. After every shot we must reload the rifle by making 4 moves with the lever. After firing a shot and loading the next round - an empty shell pops out in the same way as during real shooting.
This rifle was an element of the equipment of units fighting on many fronts of World War II, that's why it is currently used by many reenactors of that period. It’s a real treat for all collectors and enthusiasts!
The set includes
- replica
- 5 x shells for BBs
Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).
1 FPS = 0,3 m/s
1 J = 99 m/s
1 J = 326,7 FPS
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
