SRT-22 Assault Rifle Replica
A family of replicas under SPARTAC banner meets the expectations of airsoft enthusiasts that are looking for good quality at reasonable price. The main endeavour that allowed to reduce the costs was the implementation of good quality polymer instead of metal in the production process of parts. At the same time a full metal gearbox (that provides over 400 FPS at stock!) and good quality mechanical parts used inside make SPARTAC replicas equally efficient on the airsoft battlefield as their more costly counterparts.
Moments after taking the replica out of the box it is possible to notice how carefully all elements fit together - there are no loose spots and even in vulnerable places such as the cradle/hand guard - which is a problem for many models.
Every SPARTAC comes with a set of essential accessories such as a battery, charger or a tactical sling - the replica is ready for action almost immediately.
Majority of main components of the replica was made from polymer. These parts include, among others, the receiver, dust cover, mock gas pipe, front and pistol grip. The external barrel, fire mode selector plate, magazine and tactical sling swivel were made from steel, which is not often the case even in much more costly replicas of the type - especially when it comes to the barrel. The foldable stock was made from metal.
Despite a mostly polymer-focused construction, the user will not experience any loose spots or an unpleasant “squeaky material” known from many “cheap” replicas.
Access to the hop-up adjustment slide is gained in a traditional way - after pulling back the charging handle. On the right side of the receiver there is a winged fire mode selector and a safety. The heart of this replica is a solid, full metal gearbox v.3 known for its durability and reliability equipped with a set of steel gears, bearing mounted spring slide and 7 mm slide bearings, which allow the replica to achieve a muzzle velocity of ~400 FPS straight out of the box. Thanks to a long, close to 400 mm internal barrel shots fired from SPARTAC will go far and be accurate.
The replica comes with a polymer Hi-Cap magazine with a capacity of up to 500 BBs. The battery is stored beneath the dust cover.
The set includes:
- replica
- magazine
- battery
- charger for the battery
- tactical sling
- cleaning rod
NiCd
rechargeable battery is characterized by high efficiency
current-carrying capacity, but there are disruptive effect on memory.
Should be unloaded and loaded in the full cycle, ie, it is recommended
to fully discharge, and after unloading must charge the battery
immediately without leaving it for a long time in a discharged state.
NiMH batteries have a higher self-discharge over time and shorten the
life - on the other hand, they earn about 30% more capacity.
Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).
1 FPS = 0,3 m/s
1 J = 99 m/s
1 J = 326,7 FPS
Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
