VF1-LMK12M1 (Colt
MK12 MOD 1) Carbine Replica
VR16 series of replicas by acclaimed Vega Force Company brand
that is characteristic for its absolutely highest quality craftsmanship and
a wide array of interesting carbine assault rifle models from the AR15
family. The replica was made under the license of Colt’s Manufacturing from
the USA.
The replica’s
construction is, of course, full metal (aluminum alloy), with an addition of steel
elements such as the shell ejection window flap, stock slide ring or flash
hider. Parts made from reinforced polymer include the pistol grip with anti-slip,
rough texture, the stock and RIS rail covers.
Access to the
rotary Hop-Up chamber is gained after pulling back the charging handle. The
operational Bolt-Catch mechanism also provides much enjoyment. The
battery is stored inside the stock slide - in order to gain access
it is required to remove the cap kept in place by a hex screw. The replica
features a set of RIS / Picatinny 22 mm mounting rails. This allows
to mount a wide array of additional attachments on the replica. The heart of
all VR16 replicas is the ECS gearbox and the entirety is powered by a High Speed motor.
ECS Gearbox
Features:
- ECS gearbox
frame
- reinforced piston with special materials and aluminum CNC head
- very light cylinder

- quick spring change system
The replica
comes with a metal, Mid-Cap magazine with a capacity of up to 120 BBs.
The set does
not include a battery or a charger.
The set
includes:
- replica
- magazine

NiCd
rechargeable battery is characterized by high efficiency
current-carrying capacity, but there are disruptive effect on memory.
Should be unloaded and loaded in the full cycle, ie, it is recommended
to fully discharge, and after unloading must charge the battery
immediately without leaving it for a long time in a discharged state.
NiMH batteries have a higher self-discharge over time and shorten the
life - on the other hand, they earn about 30% more capacity.
Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).
1 FPS = 0,3 m/s
1 J = 99 m/s
1 J = 326,7 FPS
Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
